Job Description
Summary/Objective
Responsible for ensuring our guiding principle: Make people feel at home. From maintaining cottages for our members and their guests, to creating an excellent dining experience, our goal is to provide an overall professional and enjoyable experience within the guidelines of the club.
Wait Staff Essential Functions:
Flexible shifts starting at 5:30 am through 11:00 pm Monday through Sunday, shift meal included.
- Present our variety of menu options and advise on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answer questions.
- Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately.
- Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards.
- Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues.
- Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.
- Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
- Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
- Work with other staff as a team.
- Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality.
- Be able to direct members and guests to specific departments/staff for desired services.
- Performs any other related tasks as requested by the CapRock Management.
Housekeeping Staff Essential Functions:
- Understand and adhere to CapRock’s policy on work shifts, guest's possessions and privacy issues.
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out.
- Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service.
- Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift.
- Work with other staff as a team.
- Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality.
- Be able to direct members and guests to specific departments/staff for desired services.
- Performs any other related tasks as requested by the CapRock Management.

Position Overview
Player Service Attendants are essential members of the Golf Operations Team at CapRock Ranch. Team members perform key functions and have responsibilities necessary to guarantee the crispness and consistency of the CapRock Ranch golf experience.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Practice Facility Setup
- Monitor, Pick, Restock, and Reset the Practice Facility
- Assist with all aspects of the guest check in process
- Maintain Cleanliness of Golf Cars, Guest Shuttles, and Hand Carts
- Ensure Cleanliness and Organization of Member Storage Area
- Assist in Staging Clubs for Daily Play

Greenskeepers
Position Overview
Greenkeepers are responsible for maintaining the course in the pristine conditions that we pride ourselves on here at CapRock Ranch.
Seasonal greenkeepers will assist in the care of the golf course. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Operation of riding and walking mowers
- Mechanical and hand raking of golf course bunkers
- Hand watering of greens and tees with hoses
- Weeding and edging using string trimmers
- Blowing, weeding, and other general cleanup tasks
Requirements:
- Must be able to work some weekends
- Must be able to work early in the mornings (6 am)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs infrequently and walk 4-7 miles daily
- Must be able to work safely and efficiently when working with cutting units, around loud machinery, and around golfers
- Must be responsible and timely
- Must have a positive attitude, work well with others, and be willing to learn
- Experience with and understanding of the game of golf a plus, but not required
- Experience with golf course or landscape maintenance a plus, but not required

Summary/Objective
This will be a fun, fast paced environment in a ‘scratch’ kitchen using all fresh seasonal ingredients where creativity is encouraged. This is an opportunity to learn and grow, to be involved with special events and create unique menus that pair with wine and beer. There are three shifts available with full and part-time flexible schedules open 7 days.
Line Cook Job Responsibilities:
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with all food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage and labeling.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs, ensures correct date labeling and rotation.
- Check inventory into correct storage location.
- Routinely checks temperatures of all hot and cold equipment.
Line Cook Qualifications/Skills:

Bartender Job Responsibilities:
- Provides a pleasant drinking experience to customers.
- Serves drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
- Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.
- Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes.
- Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, capping and rotation of all beverage items.

We are looking for a competent Food expeditor to help keep a smooth workflow between the kitchen and the tables. You will work in a fast-paced environment to get proper orders out faster and more efficiently.
As food expeditor, you must have excellent communication skills and experience in a restaurant’s hectic setting. You must have enough stamina to be in constant motion and skills to coordinate and organize processes and people.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the waiters to the kitchen

- Provides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
- Monitor guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.
- Enter guest orders into computer for transmittal to kitchen staff and collect charges from guests.
- Alert kitchen staff to any changes and for meal preparation timing.
- Pick up prepared meals and immediately serve to guests while hot or cold.
- Preparation of food items required; appetizers, salads, dessert, beverages and coffee.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the menu, daily specials or menu changes; wine and beer pairings, describe cooking methods and ingredients.
- Maintains a clean work area, clean tables and chairs of debris and clear dishes promptly.
- Keep beverages, wine chilled and supplies stocked, roll set ups for lunch and dinner service. Prepare tables for meals with linens, silverware and glassware.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, preparing to go items, greet and seat guests.
- Perform cleaning duties; sweep, vacuum, mop, restock and clean bathrooms, remove trash, bus all tables, take dirty linens to laundry facility, restock salt, pepper, sugar, etc.
